BERTRAND DAILY REPORT 03/22/2017 INTELLIGENCE REPORT

Subject: Your Morning Intelligence Brief (March 22nd, 2017)

March 22nd, 2017

Ed Note: This morning's brief has been riddled with attacks from the  censor-cops for obvious reasons. The independent/alternate news sites and bloggers are under attack. There is orchestrated attempt to slow down, censor, and obstruct anything and everything concerning Hillary Clinton's murderous crimes, in particular, the re-opening of the Foster case, swept under the carpet as a "suicide." Investigators and Trey Gowdy are exhuming the Foster body this week. The evidence on the table and a secret note that has come to life, could do extreme damage to the Clintons. The Obama hold-outs behind the scenes in this "shadow" government are working over-time to divert full attention to the Russian scandal and impeachment of President Trump. ---Dave Bertrand

'The order came just minutes after evidence turned up in the case of a murdered reporter who had an “if anything ever happens to me” letter delivered to his publication that implicated Hillary Clinton in a 23-year-old crime, which put it right around the time of Foster’s supposed “suicide.”

Canada and The Ukraine have gotten into a joint venture to launch rockets (ICBM's) from the quiet hamlet of Canso, Nova Scotia. The missile is called the Cyclone-4M. Pivdenne Design Bureau (Dnipro) is the Ukrainian company behind the venture.

My problem with this venture is that this ICBM could be armed with strategic warheads. The Ukraine was a nuclear power. They were supposed to have returned their nuclear weapons. The Ukraine had the third largest inventory of these weapons. Worse still the radical element of Ukrainian MP's believes the country should return to nuclear weapons as a mainline weapon. I feel the threat is real and that the only thing holding Russia at bay is that they had a few in their possession all along. Their military was in complete disarray after the Yanukovych putsch. It would have been a cakewalk for Putin to take the entire country, but he didn't. The best alternative now would be to set your missiles up in a NATO state on the other side of the world. The one next door to the United States would be best of course.

Trump to GOP: Pass health care bill or seal your fate
(AP) - Time for talk running out, President Donald Trump on Tuesday warned wavering House Republicans that their jobs were on the line in next year's elections if they failed to back a GOP bill that would overhaul Barack Obama's Affordable Care Act. The countdown quickened toward an expected vote Thursday on legislation undoing much of the law that provided health coverage to some 20 million Americans…. "If we fail to get it done, fail to (meet) the promises made by all of us, including the president, then it could have a very detrimental effect to Republicans in '18 who are running for re-election," said Rep. Mike Conaway, R-Texas. "If it fails, then there will be a lot of people looking for work in 2018."

Immigration provision cut from Obamacare rollback, angering conservatives
Reuters - Some conservatives in Washington were fuming on Tuesday after an Obamacare rollback bill was tweaked by Republican leaders to delete a provision meant to crack down on illegal immigrants getting federal healthcare insurance coverage. The development posed another problem for Republican leaders in the U.S. House of Representatives and President Donald Trump, who are trying to win congressional approval of the wider bill… The provision would have allowed the Treasury Department to access data at the Department of Homeland Security to verify that healthcare tax credits went only to U.S. citizens and legal permanent residents, not to illegal immigrants.

Spicer: “It was Hillary Clinton who gave a Russian company one-fifth the U.S.’ uranium supply” (Video)
Steve Watson - White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer chastised Trump administration critics Monday who continue to suggest that there is some form of collusion between the President and the Russian government, despite no evidence having come to light. In particular, Spicer noted that there has been no ‘parity’ when it comes to Democrat involvement in the situation. “From everything that has been publicly available, on several occasions, the DNC was asked by the FBI to alleviate all their concerns about leaking, yet that question still hasn’t come out,” Spicer noted. “Why would the DNC on multiple occasions rebuff the FBI? … If they were so concerned with leaks and hacking, why did they not allow the FBI to come look?” he added. There is a serious question here,” Spicer said, doubling down. “They’re very clear about all the concerns they have along with the leadership of the Democratic party, and yet when it came to hacks and leaks out of the DNC they’re quick to jump to the conclusion about who did it, yet they wouldn’t allow the FBI to investigate.” The press secretary then noted that Hillary Clinton herself has a history of involvement with the Russian government. “When you look at the Obama administration and the Clintons’ involvement with Russia, in terms of donations they received from Russian entities… yet where was the concern for that?” Spicer stated, exclaiming “What are we doing to look into that?”

Secret Service removes agent who didn’t want to take ‘a bullet’ for Trump
Washington Examiner - The Secret Service will permanently remove a top special agent from her position after an investigation into her Facebook comments that she would rather not defend President Trump or take “a bullet” for him, but some agents are concerned she will simply be transferred to another government job. About two weeks ago, the Secret Service placed the agent’s prior post — the special agent in charge of the Denver District, the top job in that office — on a list of agency openings, according to two Secret Service sources. Kerry O’Grady, the agent in question, is on administrative leave amid an internal Secret Service investigation into her Facebook comments about Trump. Current and former Secret Service agents and officers are worried that top officials at the agency are working to shield O’Grady from being fired. They are worried that she will be transferred to another division of the Homeland Security Department and allowed to serve out her time until she can retire with a pension as the agency has done with other officials in the public crosshairs.

SOROS GROUP Is Paying Far Left Activist Groups Up to $15,000 a Month to Destroy Trump
The GatewayPundit - The Washington Examiner reported: A group known for its successes fighting digital wars, notably net neutrality, is offering $15,000 to activists who quit their jobs and form “A-Teams” to jump into a war on President Trump’s agenda. Fight for the Future, started in 2011 as a digital activist group, on Monday issued the offer with this eye-catching opening: “Terrified about Trump? Quit your job, start an A-Team. We’ll fund it.” “We’re currently taking applications for an initial launch of the project, and will be providing a few select teams with funding, guidance, and support,” said Evan Greer, campaign director for Fight for the Future. “Our goal is to spawn a movement of small, dedicated, groups of people using the tactics that we’ve used effectively to defend Internet freedom to win major victories in other issue areas affecting our basic rights and freedoms, such as immigration, freedom of press, police brutality, drug reform, and government corruption,” she added.

Fox News pulls Napolitano after his Trump wiretap claims
The Hill - Fox News has reportedly pulled Andrew Napolitano from the air indefinitely after he made claims that a British intelligence agency had wiretapped Trump Tower. Napolitano, a Fox News analyst, is not scheduled to appear on the network in the near future, the Los Angeles Times reported, according to people familiar with the situation. Last week, Napolitano made the claims about the Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ) spying on Trump at former President Barack Obama‘s behest. White House press secretary Sean Spicer then quoted Napolitano’s remarks while defending the president’s claims earlier this month that the former president had wiretapped Trump Tower before the election. “Judge Andrew Napolitano made the following statement, quote, ‘Three intelligence sources have informed Fox News that President Obama went outside the chain of command,’” Spicer said during a daily press briefing last week. “‘He didn’t use the [National Security Agency], he didn’t use the CIA … he used GCHQ.’” GCHQ rejected Napolitano's claim that it helped surveil Trump for Obama in 2016. “Recent allegations made by media commentator Judge Andrew Napolitano about GCHQ being asked to conduct ‘wire tapping’ against the then President Elect are nonsense,” said a spokesman for the agency, which rarely comments publicly on its operations.

New California, Law Requires Pensions To Sell Companies Building Trump's "Wall Of Shame"
Zero Hedge - A new piece of legislation recently introduced in California, Assembly Bill (AB) 946 or the "Resist the Wall Act," would require the California Public Employee Retirement System (CalPERS) and the California State Teachers Retirement System (CalSTRS) – the nation’s first and second largest pension funds - to liquidate within 12 months any investments in companies involved in the construction of President Trump's "Wall of Shame". The bill also requires the two pension funds to report to the Legislature and the Governor by January 1, 2019 with a list of companies from which they have liquidated investments or plan to do so.

Border Patrol agents given police powers to arrest tourists
MassPrivate I - Imagine driving down the road and being stopped by a Border Patrol agent for speeding. Imagine Border Patrol agents responding to domestic abuse calls at people's homes. Imagine the Border Patrol responding to trespassing calls and detaining motorists with K-9's. You can stop imagining, because it's happening in New York, Vermont, Maine and now New Hampshire. House Bill 1298 gives DHS's Border Patrol agents police powers in NH. Americans can forget about DHS's 100 mile border zone inside the U.S., because now the Border Police Patrol has arrest powers throughout entire states! Chief Leonard Stell of the Swanton Police Department in Vermont, calls DHS's role 'scene stabilization' which is really just a euphemism for a national police program! Col. Kevin Jordan, the head of NH's Fish and Game said, Conservation officers will also have arrest powers. According to Wikipedia, Border Patrol agents have full arrest powers even while their off-duty.

Colin Kaepernick Can't Get a Job After NFL Executives Say They 'Genuinely Hate Him'
Tribunist - When Colin Kaepernick became a free agent this NFL off-season, he probably thought that no one would remember or care that he sat during the national anthem all last season. Well, it seems teams do remember. Not one team has called him in for a workout or an interview. An unnamed general manager says he thinks that there are three things holding him back. “First, some teams genuinely believe that he can’t play. They think he’s shot. I’d put that number at 20 percent.” Secondly, some teams “fear the backlash from fans after getting him.” After the disrespect he showed the country and the flag, many teams are concerned that there will be protests and drama that’ll get in the way of the season. “I’d say that number is around 10 percent,” the anonymous source admitted. The final reason is probably the predominant reason no one wants him on their team. The source said, “Third, the rest genuinely hate him and can’t stand what he did [kneeling for the national anthem]. They want nothing to do with him. They won’t move on. They think showing no interest is a form of punishment. I think some teams also want to use Kaepernick as a cautionary tale to stop other players in the future from doing what he did.”
