RUBIO’S ATTACK REVEALS MAJOR LACK

GOP presidential candidate Marco “Gang of Eight” Rubio went after Donald Trump’s business record last week, saying…

“I mean this is a guy that’s taken Trump airlines bankrupt, Trump vodka, nobody wanted it, Trump mortgage, was a disaster, Trump university was a fraud.”

This told me all I needed to know about how much Rubio knows about business – absolutely nothing.

Rubio’s entire adult life has been spent as a lawyer and professional politician.  No wonder he lacks understanding of and appreciation for the fact that trying and failing is an integral part of ANY business.

Indeed, the biggest, most successful businesses in America have a long list of projects that didn’t pan out, including Microsoft, Google, Amazon, IBM and WalMart.

As Thomas Edison - perhaps the most successful inventor in the history of mankind - famously put it about his early “failures” in inventing the lightbulb, “I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work.”

For Rubio to go after Trump for his comparatively few “failures” in an otherwise wildly successful business career is proof positive that Rubio lacks the experience and a knowledge of what it takes to be an entrepreneur, build a business, create jobs and earn a profit.

Totally…clueless.

That he’s now the GOP establishment’s preferred candidate isn’t exactly surprising.

Cheers.

MUTH’S TRUTHS

FAMOUS LAST WORDS

“The very fact that liberals, like Tick and Harry Reid, find Sandoval acceptable (as a potential Supreme Court nominee) is the exact reason why so many conservatives found him to be completely and totally unacceptable and there’s just no way that the Republican Senate was going to go forward with the nomination of Brian Sandoval.” – Chuck Muth on KNPR, 2/26/16
