FREEDOMWORKS 01/05/2016 )BAMACARE A BAD DEAL YET OBAMA CONTINUES TO LIE ABOUT IT!

1. The Obama Recovery That Wasn't - by FreedomWorks Senior Economic Contributor Stephen Moore via the Washington Times

The stock market closed down for 2015 reversing one of the few positive accomplishments under the Barack Obama presidency. This has been a pretty prosperous time for the top two percent. For most Americans though — not so much.

3. FreedomWorks' Congressman of the Month: Rep. Jim Jordan - by Logan Albright

“A serious pro-growth tax plan would create millions of jobs and vastly simplify the federal IRS tax code. This would help make America a tax haven and jobs would come to these shores rather than get outsourced to our rivals. This plan puts America first. I’m glad to see that every Republican running for president is now in favor of lower and flatter tax rates with many fewer deductions.” Read more here...

“If your policy is so good, why does it have to be mandatory?”
This is the eminently sensible question posed by people who question the need for government to dictate our purchases. Although often asked, it seldom receives an answer. When it does, it usually amounts to some slightly more diplomatic variation on “people are too stupid to make their own decisions.” Oh, what benevolent masters we have.
ObamaCare is only the most recent example in a long line of mandatory programs that are supposedly “for our own good,” but it’s a big one and provides a good example of the futility of trying to force people to against their own best interests. Read more here...
