Part 11
Now we must prepare to learn what the true Revelation is as compared to what has been taught us for all too many years:
Revelation 8: 3 Another
angel, who had a golden censer, came and stood at the altar. He was
given much incense to offer, with the prayers of all the saints, on the
golden altar before the throne. 4 The smoke of the incense, together with the prayers of the saints, went up before God from the angel's hand. 5 Then
the angel took the censer, filled it with fire from the altar, and
hurled it on the earth; and there came peals of thunder, rumblings,
flashes of lightning and an earthquake.
“Another
angel” came and stood before Christ. As the prayers rose to God the
angel took God’s Word and “hurled” that Word to men. God’s Word is
powerful and came as mighty flashes of lighting and thunder thereby
‘shaking’ all men. This is the earthquake revealed.
Revelation 8: 6 Then the seven angels who had the seven trumpets prepared to sound them.
Have
you ever heard a young boy attempt to learn the playing of a trumpet?
If he is truly dedicated to learning the instrument then he will hit
many sour notes before he hits a clear and understandable note. Soon the
music he learns is clearly understood.
Just
as the young boy learned the trumpet as does a military trumpeter.
There are a different set of notes blown to differentiate one set of
instructions from another. Reveille, call to dinner, taps, general
assembly, call to arms each has a different sound. Mix up the sounds and
you see confusion in those who are to react to each order.
If
properly prepared, a preacher will preach God’s Word in the manner
which God intended it to be preached. If not properly prepared the
people listening to a preacher will walk away with feelings of confusion
and lack understanding of what was heard. Prayer, study, hours of
thought and deliberation are but a few of the ‘preparations’ a preacher
goes through but the main preparation is the ‘anointing’ given by the
Holy Spirit. With such the message delivered will be clear and
understandable.
Revelation 8: 7 The
first angel sounded his trumpet, and there came hail and fire mixed
with blood, and it was hurled down upon the earth. A third of the earth
was burned up, a third of the trees were burned up, and all the green
grass was burned up.
We
must be ever aware that we are learning of the time periods of Christ’s
revelations. The first trumpet is the first time period; that being AD
33 until AD 270. This time period can be seen as the Morning of the
church.’
The
sounding of the first trumpet saw God’s Word being showered on earth as
a powerful message. The “hail is His Word and the “fire” represents His
Holy Spirit. ‘Hail’ can be best described as ‘rain in solid form.’
God’s Word is ‘solid truth! The “Blood” is to be seen as the Blood of
Jesus Christ which was shed by man’s unbelief. In sending this to man we
are, through faith, saved! See Deuteronomy 32:2 and Isaiah 55:10-11. The fire can be seen as the ‘tongues of flame’ were above the heads of those of Pentecost.
The
“third of the trees” represent the men and women (Christians) that
truly understood and lived by that Word were, “burned up,” consumed with
the knowledge of Jesus Christ being God in the flesh, the Messiah! The “green grass” represents the death of the flesh and the birth of those that accepted God’s Word as it was spoken and taught to them by God’s messengers(s).
Revelation 8: 8 The
second angel sounded his trumpet, and something like a huge mountain,
all ablaze, was thrown into the sea. A third of the sea turned into
blood, 9 a third of the living creatures in the sea died, and a third of the ships were destroyed.
Time
period AD 270 until AD 1530 (note: AD 530 through AD 1530 encompassed)
saw a “mountain ablaze” the Roman Empire and later the RCC begin to
first martyr Christians (sea) and then expose them to false doctrines
that killed the souls of many. The sheer numbers of true Christian
preachers and Christian teachers martyred for their true Christian
beliefs was astounding! This age may be referenced as the ‘Dark Ages as
well as the Age of Apostasy)’
The
sight John beheld was representative of the great apostasy that changed
real Christian men and women by the false doctrine that had them
accepting doctrines spoken of as being false in the Bible. 1 Corinthians
11:27-28 sets forth the Words of Jesus Christ with respects to false
teachings as to what is meant by communion and partaking of such by
those unworthy of dong such.
Revelation 8: 10 The
third angel sounded his trumpet, and a great star, blazing like a
torch, fell from the sky on a third of the rivers and on the springs of
water— 11 the name of the star is Wormwood. A third of the
waters turned bitter, and many people died from the waters that had
become bitter.
The
time period here is AD 1530 until AD 1880 (note AD 1530 through AD1730
and AD 1730 through 1830 encompassed) and may be referenced as
continuation of ‘Dark Ages’ as well as the Protestant ages. The
“great star,” Lutheranism, fell to earth and taught doctrines were true
but after Luther’s death changed to teachings of what was labeled as
Christianity to teachings that were “bitter” and distasteful to true
Christians (hence Wormwood [Protestantism] ) Those who accepted those
teachings spiritually died. Water flows from Jesus Christ as His Holy
Spirit. Taint that water and it becomes bitter and is used to fool men
out of their earnings while not saving their souls!
Revelation 8: 12 The
fourth angel sounded his trumpet, and a third of the sun was struck, a
third of the moon, and a third of the stars, so that a third of them
turned dark. A third of the day was without light, and also a third of
the night 13 As I watched, I heard an eagle
that was flying in midair call out in a loud voice: "Woe! Woe! Woe to
the inhabitants of the earth, because of the trumpet blasts about to be
sounded by the other three angels!"
Revelation 9: 1 The
fifth angel sounded his trumpet, and I saw a star that had fallen from
the sky to the earth. The star was given the key to the shaft of the
Abyss. 2 When he opened the Abyss, smoke rose from it like
the smoke from a gigantic furnace. The sun and sky were darkened by the
smoke from the Abyss. 3 And out of the smoke locusts came down upon the earth and were given power like that of scorpions of the earth. 4 They
were told not to harm the grass of the earth or any plant or tree, but
only those people who did not have the seal of God on their foreheads. 5 They were not given power to kill them, but only to torture them for five months. And the agony they
suffered was like that of the sting of a scorpion when it strikes a man. 6 During those days men will seek death, but will not find it; they will long to die, but death will elude them.
7 The
locusts looked like horses prepared for battle. On their heads they wore
something like crowns of gold, and their faces resembled human faces. 8 Their hair was like women's hair, and their teeth were like lions' teeth. 9 They
had breastplates like breastplates of iron, and the sound of their
wings was like the thundering of many horses and chariots rushing into
battle. 10 They had tails and stings like scorpions, and in their tails they had power to torment people for five months. 11 They had as king over them the angel of the Abyss, whose name in Hebrew is Abaddon, and in Greek, Apollyon. 12 The first woe is past; two other woes are yet to come.
The 4th and 5th angels are combined purposely as one clarifies the other.
The 4th trumpet represents the time period of AD 1530 through AD 1880. This is the age of Protestantism. The 1/3rd
of the sun, moon, and stars struck tells us that the sun (New
Testament), moon (Old Testament), and stars (Ministers), were replaced
by false teaching The day and night were darkened by such false
doctrine. “Woe,” repeated alerts us of the events to be witnessed by
John.
We must realize that God has 3 avenues by which He sheds Light upon His people. He sheds Light through His Word, the Holy Spirit and through His ordained Ministry. The trumpet of the 4th angel tells us that a full 1/3 of the people were ‘blocked’ from hearing His true Word by Protestantism. Pastors and Priests who called themselves Christian were preaching a false ‘brand’ of Christianity. This continues this very day!
The trumpet sounded by the 5th angel tells of a “star falling to earth.” Contrary to what is taught the star does not signify Mohammed or Islam as neither comes from God’s heaven! That falling star is the ministry being silenced. Ministry fell from truth of the Word of God and would not perform as directed by God. We are learning of the age of Protestantism.
The key given is the Word of God as revealed by the Holy Spirit. The “abyss” can be seen as the ‘bottomless pit’ which is earth! The “smoke” rising from the “furnace” is God’s Word being taught in a truthful and Godly fashion. Isaiah 31:9. The false preachers teach that this “furnace” represents hell and they are quite a way off from actual truth.
The “locusts”, as we will read, had faces resembling men and “crowns” on their heads. The one we are learning about are the many Protestant Pastors that have, “crowns,’ which are congregations and stung men as they taught false doctrine and false Christianity. With a RCC and Protestants, we have the many locusts and loud sounds of battle. There horses were those of (red) ‘unbelief,’ (black) ‘apostasy,’ and (pale) the cloudiness of the RCC, Protestantism as they try to blend in with true Christianity.)
The Word of God says that the men would be long for “death” and to “die.” The ‘death sought is to be released from the carnality of the world. And to wish to “die” is to seek to hear God’s Word no more!
Those with God’s seal IN their foreheads were to be spared while those with no were those in need of truth. .
There is a lot to preach to you on matter within this Part but to keep my promise of being brief I shall end this with the warning. We will learn that Satan was loosed upon earth years ago and this is why God’s Word is not being taught properly and truthfully by the RCC, Protestant and the many Churches that call themselves Christian. I will be preaching on this in the weeks ahead.

Heavenly Father we praise
You, we send You or love and we worship You. We thank You for Your Word
and for all that You provide. You are our God and we bow before You.
Lord, we ask that You help us and with Your Holy Spirit allow us to learn truth. Be with us as we attempt our walk to You in the manner which You instructed in Your Word.
Father, we ask that You give Your protection tour military, elected officials, judges, police, security personnel and our Christian brothers and sisters throughout the world. May the learn truth and be real with those they speak with and speak Your Word with the authority granted them by Your Holy Spirit.
We pray this in the name of Jesus Christ who is One with You and the Holy Spirit, One God forever and ever, Amen, amen and amen.
