SENATE CONSERVATIVES 06/10/2015

  Conservatives,

Later this month, the Supreme Court will release its decision on King vs. Burwell, which could strike a devastating blow to Obamacare.

If the Court says the subsides given to states without state exchanges are unlawful, millions of Americans will see exactly how expensive Obamacare and all of its coverage mandates truly are.

It will be further proof that this law is unaffordable, unworkable, and unfair ... and should be immediately repealed!

Unfortunately, there are a number of Senate Republicans who are already planning to surrender and snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.

These Republicans, led by Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY), believe that they should SAVE Obamacare by amending the law to affirmatively extend the subsidies to every state.

This would be the ultimate betrayal of the voters who gave them the majority last year after they promised to repeal Obamacare, "root and branch."

These spineless Republicans are so worried about being blamed for a law they opposed that they're willing to break their promises and bail it out.

It's why 75% of Republican voters say their party's leaders aren't doing enough to challenge the president.

If the Supreme Court stops the President from illegally spending $20 billion on subsidies, illegally subjecting Americans to the individual mandate, and illegally forcing employers to comply with the 30-hour rule, the last thing Republicans should do is make these policies lawful.

And if people lose their subsidies as a result of the Court's decision and have trouble paying for coverage, Democrats should be held accountable for the health care takeover that raised premiums in the first place.

We must do everything we can to stop Republicans in Congress from bailing out Obamacare.

Obamacare was passed by President Obama and the Democrats and it's more unpopular than ever. This is not the time to surrender.
Please tell us what you think.

If the Supreme Court strikes down Obamacare's illegal subsidies, should Republicans in Congress demand the full repeal of the law OR bail it out by extending the subsidies?

1) Demand Full Repeal

2) Extend the Subsidies

3) Not Sure
CHANCE OF A LIFETIME

If the Supreme Court rules against Obamacare in this case, it gives Americans the chance of a lifetime to pressure lawmakers to repeal the law.

Americans in 34 states will be free from the individual mandate and employers in those states will be free to expand hours for many of their employees.

Also, Democrats will be solely responsible for any negative consequences that result from the Court's decision. This is their law, which they passed without any Republican support.

Republicans should aggressively make the case that the solution is to repeal Obamacare and start over.

If you want to help us turn up the heat and pressure Senate Republicans to hold firm and refuse to bail out Obamacare, please make a contribution to Senate Conservatives Action today.

Your support will help us send Republicans a clear message that if they surrender, they can't expect conservatives to support them in the future.

Thank you for your continued support.

Sincerely,
Ken Cuccinelli II
