CALIFORNIA - ORANGE COUNTY JUDGE M MARC KELLY MUST BE RECALLED

Conservatives, Orange County, California has come under the national spotlight because of the disgraceful actions of one of our local judges, Superior Court Judge M. Marc Kelly, who shockingly reduced the mandatory sentence of a man recently convicted of raping a three year old girl. Judge Kelly's actions were deplorable, illegal and put our community at risk. We acted right away! Almost immediately, crime victims and the entire Orange County Board of Supervisors called for the resignation of Judge Kelly. Yet, Judge Kelly has refused to step down. With the public's safety at risk we can't sit back and do nothing. We have formed a recall committee to remove Judge Kelly from his seat. We have served Judge Kelly his notice of recall and we will begin a petition to place the recall on the ballot right away. But we need your help. With your donation of $25, $50, $100 or more we can ensure we have the funds needed to print recall petitions and hold Judge Kelly accountable. Every little bit does help. We are funded by local families, volunteers and crime victims. We only have 160 days to gather more than 90,000 valid signatures of Orange County voters in support of recalling Judge Marc Kelly. This equates to over 600 signatures per day. Judge Kelly has shown that not only does he have no regard for child victims of such cruel actions, but he also has no respect for the law.
