"An Application for Stay/Injuncti filed by taitz in the Southern District of TX, is seeking a stay (stop) of transportation of illegal aliens, who illegally crossed the border in TX, all over the nation and quarantine of the illegals at Border Patrol of FEMA facilities for at least 2 months necessary until these people are deported or:
"1. there is a signed release by a US licensed doctor, stating that they do not carry infectious diseases and
"2. a criminal record from the country of origin, stating that the illegals, invading US, do not have a criminal record in the countries of origin and do not belong to drug cartels, gangs and terrorist organizations and
"3. there is a signed order by a federal judge stating that these people have legal bases to reside in the US
"4. Taitz is seeking an order by the court deeming DACA (deferred action for child arrivals) memorandum by Obama, which defers deportations of illegals, to be unconstitutional and unlawful and null and void.
"Typically, a judge would issue an order to show cause to a party who is about to lose, it tells the party, in this case, the defendants, that the judge is about to rule for the plaintiff. It shows that the defense has an uphill battle, the defense is told to respond within 10 days, by August 11. The judge is also alerting the Attorney General of CA, to see if Kamela Harris, AG of CA, wants to participate in the proceedings, which means that he is considering to extend his order to CA, not just TX border." Heritage Action Announces Support for DACA Bill, Will Include in Scorecard

"Heritage Action for America announced Friday it will be scoring the House vote on legislation targeting President Obama’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, calling on members to vote “yes” on the measure. “Heritage Action supports the Blackburn bill and will include it as a key vote on our legislative scorecard,” the group explained Friday.
"The DACA bill is expected to come up for a vote once the border supplemental bill passes. “Basically what it is going to do is two things: it will pretty much stop the DACA program in its tracks and secondly put it in a wind-down position,” Rep. Marsha Blackburn told reporters Friday about her DACA.
"The group did however, add that it would have liked the bill to have been combined with the supplemental.
“To be clear, Heritage Action would have preferred language to freeze DACA be rolled into the supplemental,” the group writes. “However, it is undeniable that the President’s unilateral actions have become the focus of this debate; indeed, the DACA program has become the linchpin of this debate.”

I don't know how grand juries in AZ are convened. Most of the time, a district attorney has to bring charges. Many might remember the disappearance of intern, Chandra Levy, who worked for then slimy U.S. Congressman Gary Condit. I think anyone who followed that mess is pretty certain Condit was sleeping with that young girl who tragically ended up dead. Not to mention Gary boy admitted his extramarital affair to the DC cops. Apparently Condit was also dipping his wick in another honey pot who took legal action against him.
