House Majority Leader Eric Cantor's stunning loss Tuesday night to underfunded Tea Party candidate David Brat in Virginia has sent shock waves through the Republican Party -- including to Jeb Bush, who will now have to reassess whether he even has a shot at the Oval Office.

Obama: Cantor loss not death knell of immigration
