Noooooo, let's don't have honest judges and police chiefs, and a mayor and a governor make things safe for the innocent people....we'll just follow these bad kids and make sure they don't kill or maim the public......let's don't have detention centers for these little 'animals' to do work for the city and county under guard to serve out sentences for crimes they commit......we'll just slap their hands and tell them 'Now, don't do that, behave'.....^%$#
