Normally I would be skeptical, but Washington Times is reputable and they
link to the DOD web site. It is unconstitutional to use the military against US
citizens. It is time for states to stand up to this through nullification, NOT
by appealing to the Supreme Court, which is an extension of the establishment
that is behind this outrage. Don Hank
