Andrew McCarthy, a former federal prosecutor and regular contributor to National Review is about to publish a major book that makes the case for Barack Obama's impeachment.

Recently, twenty-two United States Senators penned a letter to Mr. Obama which said that his
outrageous attempts to nullify our nation's laws threatens our
"entire constitutional system."

Perhaps We Shouldn't Say It, But Here's A Huge Open Secret.
In any given week, only about 1 percent of the people who receive a blast fax email (like the one you're reading now) bother to participate, and over the period of a year, only about 50 percent of our subscribers respond to any blast fax request (thankfully, some of you participate periodically or even regularly).
And, truth be told, that's par for the course. Know that anytime you receive any call to action from any organization; the organization knows that it needs to send the call to action to a hundred people (and in most cases, more) to get a single person to take action.
Incidentally, that dynamic also explains why Members of Congress have long held that every phone call, fax, or letter that comes into their office actually represents the view of hundreds of people.
And that's frustrating... because we can say, without a doubt, that if ever single person in receipt of this email either sent blast faxes or made some phone calls to Washington, Articles of Impeachment against Barack Obama would likely be filed in a matter of days.
Make no mistake, the voice of the American people is, and has always been, the most powerful weapon on the political battlefield. Changing the world is as easy as crashing phone lines or filling the floors of offices with letters or faxes; but the problem is that the voice of the people is not always heard in sufficient numbers to change the political landscape because patriotic Americans do not collectively understand or comprehend just how much power they actually possess.
When we band together, we move mountains, and when we lose, we only lose because we yield the field of battle to a very small number of special interests with deep pockets who are willing to engage in political warfare; and in so may cases, any one of them can meet our entire yearly budget with just one single contribution to the political opposition (or, unfortunately, to our political allies).
Now... if that upsets you as much as it upsets us, understand one thing. These special interests with deep-pockets are not "hi-jacking" the political process... they're "participating" in the political process, and you're not going to win any political battles as long as you're content to moan that it's so unfair that the rich and powerful have "rigged the system." ... That's a cop-out.
So for those who ask why far too many politicians are in the hip-pockets of rich and powerful special interests... you have your answer. You may not want to hear it. You may refuse to believe it, but it's really that simple.
To those of you who participate in these blast fax initiatives or make phone calls to Washington when you receive a blast fax request in your Inbox, thank you. You are, in large part, responsible for all of the victories we have won over the years and you're a true patriot.
As for the rest of you (and you know who you are), we're not pointing fingers or scolding or casting aspersions, but we are saying that it's time for you to make a choice. You can either look at the world, as it is, and complain, or you can choose to take constructive action to bring about change.
The time for making excuses needs to come to an end. If you really want Barack Obama gone, you can make it happen, but only if you're willing to get off of the bench and get into the game.
