Obama to Force Unprecedented Emission Limits on Power Plants

Within weeks, President Barack Obama's administration is set to unveil unprecedented emissions limits on power plants across the U.S., much to the dismay of many Democratic candidates who are running for election in energy-producing states. Fearful of a political backlash, they wish their fellow Democrat in the White House would hold off until after the voting.

House Votes to Hold Lois Lerner in Contempt of Congress

After months of partisan wrangling, the House of Representatives voted Wednesday to hold former IRS official Lois Lerner in contempt of Congress for refusing to testify about alleged partisan targeting.

Russia bans profanity - why don't we?

Can we ban profanity? If Russia can, surely we can as well. The free-speech plank of the First Amendment was intended by the Founding Fathers to protect political speech - not profanity, vulgarity, obscenity or pornography.

It also includes a White House-orchestrated cover-up involving profoundly misleading statements after the attack.
Federal Judge Halts Democrat Witchhunt in Wisconsin
U.S. District Judge Rudolph Randa on Tuesday ordered a halt to the John Doe investigation that targeted the recall campaign of Gov. Scott Walker and "all or nearly all right-of-center groups and individuals in Wisconsin who have engaged in issue advocacy from 2010 to the present."

It's happened again. Another conservative African-American leader with the "taint" of a GOP past is invited to speak to a university. A small group of "enlightened" professors or students decide that the speaker is offensive to the highbrow standards of academia.
