do a PUBLIC, on air, quo warranto and demand BHO's valid,
rightly-certified documented proof of POTUS eligible authority to do all

makes sound arguments here. The only problem we have is one of not
observing the Supreme Law of the Land [The US Constitution]. Tinkering
with it and making it "modern" will only make things worse. There is
not enough intellectual capital in the United States today to match the
genius of the Founders.

California runs honest elections? About as honest as those in
Chicago, it is just that our corruption is hidden by Registrars of
Voters, the Secretary of State and other government officials. How? By
not doing their job of cleaning the voting rolls, assuring those
registering to vote are allowed to vote and actually exist. A small
study by a private group showed how corrupt the system is in our

surplus. The Legislature is debating ways to spend the surplus. Yet,
in fact, if they read the reports of the State Controller John Chaing, a
Democrat, they would know California ended the month of March with a
$16.7 billion cash DEFICIT. One way to hide the facts is to blatantly
lie about them.
Another way is to hold hearings and
“informational meetings” get questions from the public claim not to
have the answer, then never answer the question or plain lie about
