BJ3: Well, when I first read this, I started leaning.  Then I heard it. You should too. The caller was WAY off base in what he said as proof of his accusation (Big Mistake). However, sk-low was ever further off base on where he took it. "His eligibility doesn't matter"? From an alleged attorney yet? I too always wondered why he's never done anything on eligibility...and now we know. What an anti-Constitution phony...ioho. Channel switch time.

As a legal immigrant who waited patiently across the ocean to receive my permission to immigrate to the U.S., I understand the plight of over four million forgotten legal immigrants who are awaiting patiently the disposition of their cases, while the Immigration office works the backlog of applications, some as old as twenty years.   But do pro-amnesty pundits, lobbyists, MSM talking heads, Republicans, Democrats, Big Labor, Big Corporations, and other interested groups refer to this situation when they label our immigration system “broken?”  LINK
The people of California passed Prop. 187 to control illegal aliens and the courts and Gov. Davis killed it.  The people of California passed Prop. 209 to end racism—and the State continues to use racist hiring and contracting policies—especially in our government schools.  The people of California passed Prop. 8, to prohibit same sex marriage.
Both the Governor and the Attorney General went to court  to tell the judges the voters are stupid and no one should listen to them.  A recent car tax of $2.3 billion a year needed Republican votes to pass-a few Democrats knew this was bad policy—and enough Republicans voted to raise your taxes by $2.3 per year.
Voters are not apathetic—they are realistic.  They see their votes means nothing, that those who take an oath of office to up hold our laws are liars.  And those that say they would not raise taxes, do.  So, why waste time voting—it does not matter—government will do what it wants, not how the people vote.
Stop blaming apathy for the lack of voting—it is honest people with an IQ that have figured out it is mostly worthless.
The campaign to stop federal violations of the U.S. Constitution's Second Amendment at the state and local level got two big boosts with the introduction of the Second Amendment Preservation Act in Arizona and an important police endorsement for a similar bill pending in Florida...
