I am writing today to sound the alarm on a clear and present danger to our Constitution and way of life – even worse than Obamacare.
In January – while no one is paying attention – President Obama is poised to ask Congress to give him even more power.
Obama wants the power to make foreign policy unilaterally, without having to consult Congress again.
Obama plans to introduce legislation in Congress giving him this power – known as “Fast Track Trade Promotion Authority” - on January 8th.
But it’s not too late to stop him.
House Speaker Boehner and Obama want to pass ‘fast track’ in January before opponents have a chance to organize. They need ‘fast track’ to ram the job-killing TransPacific Partnership (TPP) globalist agreement through Congress. They are backed by the same big government corporatist insiders who have declared war on the Tea Party.
Like Paul Revere, we see them coming and we’re sounding the alarm.
Under “Fast Track” …
- President Obama would rob Congress of its Constitutional responsibility and power under Article 1 Section 8 of the Constitution to “regulate Commerce with foreign Nations.”
- Obama and his corporatist allies would secretly write the job-killing TPP with no Congressional oversight!
- Obama would sign the TPP before Congress even voted on it.
- Congress could not change one word of the deal. Congress would only have an up-or-down vote – no amendments - and Obama even gets to tell Congress when to vote!
- Congress would have limited time to debate or examine the TPP agreement Obama has written in secret. As Nancy Pelosi said about Obamacare, Congress would have to approve the agreement to find out what’s in it!
I am leading a grass roots army of Patriots and lovers of Liberty to oppose fast track and the job-killing corporatist TPP. It is urgent we let Congress know we oppose giving Obama more power and we expect our Representative to vote NO on Fast Track Trade Promotion Authority.

We must strike now. The globalists who want to consign our Constitution to the dustbin of history are marshaling their forces for a January assault - it's up to us to stop them.
