Stockman walks out of State of the Union
By Pete Kasperowicz -  1/28/2013      Rep. Steve Stockman (R-Texas) said Tuesday night that he left President Obama's State of the Union speech early after "hearing how the President is further abusing his Constitutional powers."
   "I could not bear to watch as he continued to cross the clearly-defined boundaries of the Constitutional separation of powers," Stockman said in a release shortly after Obama's speech ended. "Needless to say, I am deeply disappointed in the tone and content of tonight's address."  
Stockman said he was reacting to Obama's promise to "break his oath of office and begin enacting his own brand of law through executive decree."   LINK

The trendy fallacy promoted by political pundits is that the absence of amnesty on the Republican platter equates to a starvation death of the GOP.   Although it’s not difficult to understand the various Chambers of Commerce push for low wage, unskilled labor via amnesty, the idea of Republican politicians working to create at least 20 million more Democrat voters is effectively a sure-fire suicide plan.  LINK

Verizon wins net neutality court ruling against FCC
Verizon Communications Inc. (VZ) won an appeals court challenge to U.S. equal treatment rules for the Internet that could leave companies such as Netflix Inc. and Amazon.com Inc. facing higher charges for the fastest service.   The U.S. Court of Appeals in Washington today sent the rules governing what’s known as net neutrality back to the Federal Communications Commission, saying the agency overreached in barring broadband providers from slowing or blocking selected Web traffic. The FCC rules, which the agency may attempt to rewrite, required high-speed Internet providers that use fiber- optic or other cable to treat all traffic equally and disclose their network practices.   U.S. Circuit Judge David Tatel, writing for a three-judge panel, said that while the FCC has the power to regulate Verizon and other broadband companies, it chose the wrong legal framework for its open-Internet regulations.  LINK

    What if I told you that the Health-care legislation grants Obama the authority to create his own personal Army Corps in violation of the U.S. Constitution? On July 2, 2008 Obama gave a speech that has been stricken from most internet and news services.  He said: “We cannot continue to rely on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives that we’ve set.” He went on to say: “We’ve got to have a civilian national security force that’s just as powerful, just as strong, just as well funded.”     What if I told you provisions were inserted into the health-care legislation 24-hour  s prior to a vote that gave Obama the authority to create an “illegal” Reserve Army Corps? Do I have your attention?      Before I get technical concerning the violations of Constitutional and statutory law and turn you off, I ask you consider and compare the similarities between Hitler’s Nazi regime and Obama’s administration. Am I saying Obama is a Nazi? No. However, I am saying that the hand writing is on the wall that should raise red flags - yes, I said: “Red Flags?”    Ask yourself, why does Obama believe we need a Civilian National Security force  under his sole control “…that’s just as powerful, just as strong, just as well funded”? LINK

      Perhaps a clue comes from Obama’s book on his father. He states how proud he is of his father fighting in WW II. I’m not a math genius, so I may need some help from you. Barack Obama’s “birth certificate” says his father was 25 years old in 1961 when Obama was born. That should have put his father’s date of birth approximately 1936 – if my math holds (Honest! I did That without a calculator!). Now we need a non-revised history book – one that hasn’t been altered to satisfy the author’s goals – to verify that WW II was basically between 1939 and 1945. Just how many 3 year olds fight in Wars? Even in the latest stages of WW II his father wouldn’t have been more than 9 years old. Does that mean that Mr. Obama is a liar, or simply chooses to alter the facts to satisfy his imagination or political purposes?
