A LESSON IN UNDERSTANDING FEDERAL RESERVE AND THE IRS

I am taking a course on Our Constitution on National Liberty Alliance (1-20)...right now, I have just finished Lesson 6.  The instructor in this segment talks about the Federal Reserve & the IRS.  He showed the class an alternative 'money instrument' called 'the Liberty Dollar' (it is backed by gold or silver).  He mentioned if communities start using this 'dollar' instead of the fiat 'dollar bill', we would be supporting the Repbulic & NOT THE FED.
