If, in fact, Barack Hussein Obama does not believe that he lied it is only because Pathologically Compulsive Liars do nothing but lie — and therefor perceive all they say and do as truthful, honest, and benevolent in their own deranged minds. Throw in a healthy heaping of pathological narcissism and a dollop of megalomania — and you’ve got Barack Hussein Obama and every other self-serving Tyrant that has ever ruled over a people.
This is where the sin of pride eventually leads.
