Tonko (D-NY) – Amendment No. 1 – Requires the application for a natural gas pipeline to include information to ensure that methane emissions will be minimized before the application can be considered for approval. – REJECTED 183 – 233  

 

Castor (D-FL) – Amendment No. 2 – Strikes the provision that requires a permit to go into effect if the deadline is missed. – REJECTED 184 – 233
