1.  Bridge Burning and Bridge Building
I am tired of funding Republicans who campaign against Obamacare then refuse to fight. It’s time to find a new batch of Republicans to actually practice what the current crop preaches.

The irony in all of this is that Obamacare’s individual mandate is going to be delayed. Just wait. Liberals are already whispering that it has to happen. They can’t get the computers up and running. People aren’t signing up. They whole process is broken.

But they also do not want to cave in to the GOP. So they will wait.

Barack Obama will wait for the GOP to surrender, then he will issue the delay himself, just like he did with the employer mandate.

Any bridges remaining between Barack Obama and the GOP will start burning. Any remaining good will goes away.

And conservatives will use this all as a millstone around the necks of those who caved. The GOP will vote to fund Obamacare. The GOP will not fight to delay Obamacare. . . . please click here for the rest of the post

2.  …Erm, where is the rest of Terry McAuliffe’s dirty Joseph Caramadre money?
I wait with some interest to hear where the rest of that money went, myself.  Also: Terry McAuliffe racks up shady deals and funding scandals like nobody’s business, doesn’t he? – And he never seems to know anything about anybody, any time.  The poor man needs to make an appointment with a competent ophthalmologist, and right quick. . . . please click here for the rest of the post

3.  “Robbin’ the ‘Hood”: California’s Green Energy Schemes Benefit the Well-Connected
You know those odd little charges at the bottom of your utility bill? In California, electricity customers pay average fees of $24 per year, plus $12 per year if they also use natural gas, for the benefit of alternative energy programs. Those charges add up; a billion here, a billion there, and pretty soon you’re talking about some real money. A report in the Sunday Los Angeles Times casts a skeptical eye on the efficacy of the Golden State’s “investment”. According to a legislative analyst’s office report, the state’s green largesse will soon tally some $2.5 billion per year, more than it spends on its expansive University of California system. . . . please click here for the rest of the post

4.  NSA snoops all of Gmail, and Google probably helps
Earlier this year, I dared point out that Google could be a private intelligence agency for the left. Some people told me to put on a tinfoil hat. So I drew up a piece detailing high-level connections between Google and the Obama 2012 campaign.

The political connections are obvious and undeniable, but how much access does the government really hand to Google data for mass surveillance?

I’m guessing it’s total access. . . . please click here for the rest of the post

5.  Pass a Debt Limit Increase From the House
Paul Ryan, Mitch McConnell, and Susan Collins are doing their best to complicate everything and shill for K Street.

I am actually surprised Paul Ryan could be diverted from amnesty long enough to ensure Obamacare is fully funded.
