OBAMA ADMINISTRATION DFESPERATE IN TRY TO HIDE BENGHAZI SURVIVORS

Trey Gowdy: Obama Administration “Changing Names” & “Creating Aliases” To Hide Benghazi Survivors

trey-gowdyA shocking revelation came up this week as Representative Trey Gowdy (R-SC) told Greta Van Susteren on Thursday evening that the Obama administration is “changing names” of the Benghazi survivors and “creating aliases” to keep them hidden from congressional investigators and the American people. Trey Gowdy said that the administration is “dispersing them around the country” in order to keep them out of sight and coming forward.

CNN reported on Thursday that the Central Intelligence Agency was engaged in threatening CIA operatives to remain silent on Benghazi or they would be jeopardizing themselves and their families. Additionally, Jake Tapper revealed that they were going to the extent of putting the operatives through multiple polygraph tests in order to ensure they were not communicating about Benghazi with anyone.
“Stop and think what things are most calculated to get at the truth? Talk to people with first-hand knowledge. What creates the appearance and perhaps the reality of a cover-up? Not letting us talk with people who have the most amount of information, dispersing them around the country and changing their names,” Gowdy said.
While Trey Gowdy presented no evidence to substantiate his claim, it doesn’t mean he doesn’t have any. In fact, we told you earlier that the committee he sits on has been doing extensive transcribed interviews behind closed doors with dozens of witnesses and whistleblowers regarding the attacks in Benghazi.
“Phony” scandal you say Barack Obama? It seems this scandal is as real as the four Americans you allowed to die on September 11, 2012.
After all, ‘The only people that don’t want to disclose the truth, are people with something to hide,” right Mr. Obama?
It still remains to be seen why so many CIA operatives were in Benghazi and still more concerning is why it has taken nearly a year to find out that there were as many as 35 agents there.
As Warner Todd Huston reminds us:
In January, the left-wing attack machine lambasted Senator Rand Paul (R, KY) for questioning then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton about the CIA’s presence in Benghazi, Libya during the Sept. 11, 2012 terrorist attack. But now, CNN reports that up to 35 CIA operatives were “on the ground” in Benghazi and perhaps as many as seven were seriously injured during the attack.
In January, the left-wing group ThinkProgress slammed Sen. Paul at least twice for “pushing a conspiracy theory” with his questioning of Sec. Clinton.
During a committee hearing on the Benghazi incident, Senator Paul wondered why there was a CIA “annex” in Benghazi in the first place and wanted to know if the agency was involved in gunrunning there when the attack that killed Ambassador Stevens and other Americans occurred.
For her part, Secretary Clinton insisted that Paul would have to ask “the agency running the annex” an indication that the CIA, not her Department of State, was the key player in that place at that time.
At the time of the hearings, the left ridiculed the questioning and dismissed any thought that the CIA was working in Benghazi.
Meanwhile the White House continues to promote the idea of “phony” scandals. Watch as CBS’ Mark Knoller confronts White House Press Secretary and question dodger extraordinaire Jay Carney over Barack Obama’s claims about phony scandals. Pick up at the 38:22 mark.
Meanwhile, Senator Paul was excluded this week from Obama’s meeting with nine lawmakers to discuss the NSA surveillance issue, another “phony” scandal no doubt.
All of this comes on the heels of discovering Benghazi survivor and hero David Ubben, who fought alongside Navy SEALs Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty, received serious wounds to his leg and had to wait nearly a day for medical attention and after months of Marine Col. George Bristol was unable to be located for months by the Pentagon, he was finally made available to Congress. Britsol would have been key to getting assistance sent to Benghazi during the attacks. He met with Congress behind closed doors last week.
