Alameda
County Judge Evelio Grillo “issued a
tentative ruling Monday suspending the charter revocation of American Indian
Model Schools and stopping the school district from interfering with funding or
operations.”
That
means the dumb-asses at the Oakland school district cannot shut down this
high-performing school which has achieved such great academic success under the
leadership of Dr. Ben Chavis…who
spoke at our First Friday Happy Hour in April…for at least another year.
In
the meantime, I’m proud to announce that I helped set up a website to help Dr.
Chavis get the facts out about the false accusations made against him by the

THE END OF MCKEON’S MACACA
This
will come as a surprise to many of you, but after publishing in full a rebuttal
statement earlier today in Silver State
Confidential by Monica McKeon,
ex-wife of Clark County GOP chairman candidate Dave McKeon, I pulled down all of my Muth’s Truths blog posts
related to the circumstances surrounding their ugly divorce, as well as all
links to the documents which determined that Dave was, in fact, a “domestic
violence perpetrator.”
Don’t
misunderstand. It has nothing whatsoever
to do with the veracity of the documents.
Dave, himself, acknowledged the documents were real and legitimate, although
he claimed Monica’s allegations of domestic violence were a lie and that he
only admitted to them to get the divorce proceedings over with.
I’m
not going to republish the full statement from Monica here, but I think the
following snippet pretty much says all that needs to be said…
“No domestic violence victim ever wants to relive the crimes and I am no different. I especially do not want to be forced to prove the validity of the egregious events that took place during our marriage. The court documents are an accurate description of the behavior that led to not only a litigious divorce, but to a restraining order, and the court-ordered supervised visitation for our two sons.”

Confidential readers this morning, this is the end of my involvement in McKeon’s
sordid past – including the fact that as of July 4, 2013, he’s $16,600.05
behind in his child support payments!
If
Central Committee members want to elect this dead-beat dad as their leader
knowing now what they know, shame on them.
