The implementation and enforcement of ObamaCare promises to become the most intense assault on the rights of Americans in the history of our nation. President Obama has carefully chosen the most radical of radicals to run the agencies responsible for the enforcement of ObamaCare’s outrageous mandates.
Against the backdrop of increasing scandal in and around the Obama administration, it is vitally important that we not be distracted from stopping the creation of the machinery that leftists hope to use to install Big Government tyranny over the American people. If confirmed as Secretary of Labor, Thomas Perez will be responsible for enforcing the “employer mandate” of ObamaCare.
Thomas Perez, strongly anti-business and maniacally pro-union, will be forcing businesses into compliance with ObamaCare’s many mandates in the workplace.
In the role of one of ObamaCare’s chief enforcement officials, Perez will be working in tandem with the IRS’ ObamaCare enforcement division – now headed by Sarah Hall Ingram.
Ingram, of course, is the Internal Revenue Service official who was in charge of IRS tax-exempt credentialing at the time the unit targeted tea party, conservative, pro-life, and religious groups. Now she has been promoted to head up the IRS ObamaCare compliance and penalty enforcement division!
Both the IRS and the Department of Labor will be closely coordinating with the Department of Health and Human Services, the central and dominant ObamaCare agency, under the direction of HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius.
Imagine the opportunities for oppression and the forced implementation of the ultraliberal Obama agenda under the direction of this “trio of tyrants”…
*Thomas Perez is the man who, as head of the Civil Rights Division of the Department of Justice, attempted to implement a nation-wide demonization of peaceful pro-lifers using false charges.
In his practice of promoting leftist ideologies over religious freedom, he filed a brief at the Supreme Court claiming that the government could regulate the hiring practices of church-based religious schools.
*Sarah Hall Ingram was the commissioner of the Tax Exempt/Government Entities Division when the IRS began targeting pro-life and religious groups in their excessive review of conservative, pro-life, or religious tax-exempt organization applications.
For her “service,” Ingram was awarded a $104,000 bonus, which can only be approved by President Obama because it exceeds government caps on bonuses.
*Kathleen Sebelius is the current Secretary of Health and Human Services, and overseer of the full implementation of ObamaCare. She is a staunch pro-abortion advocate and was embroiled in a highly controversial case when, as Governor of Kansas, her former attorney general destroyed evidence against alleged unlawful operations of Kansas Planned Parenthood offices.
Coincidence? Planned Parenthood has been a longtime supporter of Sebelius – and vice-versa.
Sebelius is in lock-step with President Obama in their unwavering support of Planned Parenthood and a radical pro-abortion agenda. Together, they allegedly consulted Planned Parenthood CEO Cecile Richards about requiring religious employers to cover contraception in their health insurance plans, despite moral and religious objections to such a mandate.
All three – Sebelius, Ingram, and Perez, have put their personal agendas above the Constitution, our liberties, and the rule of law.
Imagine what this hand-picked trio will be empowered to do as the Departments of Labor, Health and Human Services, and the IRS assume the compliance, enforcement, and administrative roles over ObamaCare, our health care, and our rights of conscience.
No individual or business will be able to escape the dictates of this hyper-powerful group because the rule of law will become irrelevant!

Our sources tell us that leftists are lobbying relentlessly to have Perez approved by the full Senate. Behind the scenes, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid is rallying Democrats and considering procedural tactics to overcome a possible Republican-led filibuster.
We must keep the pressure on the United States Senate to act in response to the will of the American people!
I am urging all members of the Liberty Counsel Action team to keep pressure on the Senate to stop the Perez nomination once and for all when his vote comes to the full floor for a vote.
