TENNESSE : THE MADISONVILLE HOAX - A RETIRED NAVY OFFICER PERSECUTED FOR BEING CONSERVATIVE

Walt Fitzpatrick sends: The MADISONVILLE HOAX! The Madisonville muster sheet!
Waking on Tuesday morning, 20 April 2010, I showered, shaved and dressed intending to drive to Madisonville on my own, expecting to meet no one on arrival at the General Sessions Courthouse.

As is my habit I left the house early at 0730 hours EDT to make the twenty-five-minute drive to Madisonville. My hearing was scheduled of 0900 hours EDT.

Turning the key to ignite my car engine I heard that most disconcerting "click...click...click...click" electrical groaning sound signaling a dead battery.

I bummed a ride from my neighbor and landlord, Mr. Elbert "Bert" Thurston.

Mr. Thurston was unarmed.

I was unarmed.

On arrival, while still sitting in Burt Thurston's SUV, I received a cell phone call from former Sergeant of Marines Timothy Joseph Harrington (madisonmarine@comcast.net in the Cc: address line of this correspondence). Sergeant Harrington called to alert me regarding Darren Huff's stop 14-miles away just off the I-75 exit into Sweetwater, TN then extending directly into Madisonville. This section of road is "New highway 68).

Then I noticed (then) Monroe County Sheriff's Detective Jennifer Bledsoe crossing the street from the County Jail building to the main Sheriff's Office building and tens of other Monroe Sheriff's Department personnel populating my field of view. Bledsoe and many (not all) of the Sheriff's Department law enforcement were dressed out in tactical, typically S.W.A.T. team clothing, armament and web harness gear.

After completing the call with Sergeant Harrington, I exited Mr. Thurston's SUV, walked along the side of the General Sessions Courthouse, turned a corner to my left to proceed to the front door and was briefly stopped by law enforcement many feet away from the front door.

A Tennessee Highway Patrol cruiser had just pulled up in directly in front of the building's courtroom door entry. In the back seat sat Judge J. Reed Dixon. I had to wait until Dixon had exited the THP cruiser, under THP escort, to enter the courtroom before I was allowed to proceed inside myself.

It was cold for April. A penetrating, persistent drizzly to medium soaking rain fell.

While I waited I spotted what I now recognize were two bomb-sniffing dog teams patrolling nearby.

I encountered no one before going inside. I spoke to no one. It was still early.

As I recall I was inside for a period of time hovering around two. No weather protective enclosures are erected next to the courthouse. Pictures of this small group are ubiquitous.

When I came out a group of folks was standing outside in the rain. Pictures of this small group are ubiquitous. These folks had come to attend my 0900 hours hearing. Law enforcement had turned them away at the courthouse door.

No one was armed!

That is, except for law enforcement.

And by the time I eventually came out, around 1100 hours EDT, there were cops everywhere! In the air, on the ground, and in and on top of buildings in the near vicinity.

Civilians who I did not know approached and gathered around me. They wanted to know how I was doing and what had happened inside. Mr. Darren Huff was not part of the group in front of the courthouse "trailer-park" structure.

Most of the civilians I met that day (non law enforcement) I was meeting for the first or second time in my life.

I asked if anyone had a sheet of paper I could use to gather the names of these folks with their contact information. I explained I wanted to get back to them to thank them for their support. Two days later, on 22 April 2010, I did exactly that...eight days before the FBI arrested Mr. Huff. LINK!

Mr. Doyle Pritchard pulled ripped a page from a spiral bound notebook he carried.

The paper was passed around and administered as I was speaking.

I've got the original.

A picture of the original is attached as a .pdf record.

Telltale watermarks are visible in the scanned replica.

No civilian standing in front of the General Sessions Courthouse was armed in any way.

And civilian had any idea why the law enforcement presence that day was characteristic of a full-up military combat deployment.

Meanwhile, many other folks has repaired to a nearby eatery, Donna's Old Town Cafe. They were cold, it was raining, and Donna's Cafe was serving hot coffee under a roof.

Some from the Courthouse group meandered over to Donna's place. Some left to go home from the Courthouse.

Darren Huff was in Donna's Cafe.

Darren, myself and everyone there pulled tables together so that we could talk in as a group.

No civilian gathered at the table had a clue regarding the para-military police presence.

No civilian at Donna's Cafe was armed.

Fifteen (15) names appear on the watermarked muster list attached that was created in front of the General Sessions Courthouse.

I encountered the WBIR-TV cameraman in front of the courthouse. I gave him my business card, he refused to give me his. He refused to give me his name. The cameraman's name does not appear on the watermarked list attached.

The camera man brings the Courthouse group population to sixteen (16).

I'll note here for the record (again), the WBIR-TV cameraman was unarmed.

Landlord Bert Thurston's name does not appear on the watermarked list. Mr. Thurston's presence brings the Courthouse group count to seventeen (17).

Regarding the Keller family, five family members were in attendance. Christine (mother) Joel (son), Joshua (s), Jeremy (s), Jonathan (s) and Hannah (daughter).

Neither Jeremy nor Jonathan Keller signed the watermarked muster sheet, adding two more to the Courthouse count now raised to nineteen (19).

Mr. Zeb Blanchard was part of the Courthouse group. Zeb did not sign his name to the attendance list. The Courthouse populating increases by one to twenty (20).

Miss Barbara Haley, "Spitfire" stood in front of the courthouse that day but didn't happen to sign the attendance sheet. Spitfire raises the Courthouse count to twenty-one (21).

(Note: Numbers regarding the Keller family, I'm embarrassed to say, are herein--this day--in review for purposed of this report are updated and corrected from my earlier reports. I learned about Jeremy and Jonathan being there by way of a telephone conversation on the 21st or 22nd of April 2010)

Counting myself amongst the Courthouse gathering the population number goes up by one to  twenty-two (22).

I came to know the names six (6) others who were gathered at Donna's Cafe.

Taken together with the Courthouse number, the population of supporters (plus the one cameraman) increases to twenty-eight (28).

Of this number twenty-eight (28) people, I knew the names of twenty-seven (27) as of 22 April 2010.

The WBIR-TV employee remained unknown as of 22 April 2010, but could have been easily obtained by any law enforcement investigating official.

Please carefully consider, two days in the wake of the Boston Marathon bombing, with the FBI as the lead  investigating agency scrambling for any intelligence or clues or witnesses names or film footage regarding the events of 15 April 2013, what types and kinds of information was readily available to the FBI, nearly three years ago, two days after The MADISONVILLE HOAX! which the FBI claims was a "domestic terrorist" event just as is the Boston Marathon bombing is today being described. LINK

(Note: Beginning this email report this morning I held the total number of "supporters" present in Madisonville on 20 April 2010 at twenty-nine (29) while holding the total population at thirty-two (32). I do not count the three (3) reporters in town that day as supporters. I do count the reporters in the total count as civilian witnesses. It needs be said as well that this list of people remains an ongoing project subject to revision. Before today the most recent addition to this muster occurred on 2 February 2013 with the discovery of Michael Thomason's Advocate & Democrat article (LINK). Thomason's writing represents the only known print report of the days' events published. While writing this report today I caught a mistake regarding the actual number of children from the Keller family who were present. Adding the two boys, Jeremy and Jonathan, the total population increases by two to thirty-four (34)). Another correction: I'm missing three names from the total population of thirty-four (34) people. I don't have the name of the WBIR-TV reporter. Two men, one from North Carolina, wish to conceal their identities)

As reported earlier the FBI, working out of their "fusion center" in cooperation with local and state law enforcement represented they developed a threat assessment beforehand regarding what the FBI put out for public consumption was there perception of what was "promised" to take place in Madisonville on 20 April 2010.

The FBI's threat assessment was all an invention, a make-believe pretend scenario.

The FBI and law enforcement partners went to all lengths to make the public believe their assessment was real. Said differently, they set an ambush by way of conducting their HOAX!.

The point to take away from this, as contrasted to the Boston Marathon bombing, is that law enforcement of every stripe claimed foreknowledge.

A command post was established with photo feeds from FBI pole cameras availing law enforcement officials with real-time carpet coverage of the area. I wrote about this yesterday.

Between 150 - 200 officers are estimated present. The military-style deployment of law enforcement that day is elsewhere and previously reported.

Okay, with all this as pretext, let's examine the FBI's after-action activity and work product. Recall, the FBI was the lead investigating agency working with a slew of law enforcement partners.

On 26 April 2010 FBI Special Agent Mark A. van Balen swore out an affidavit and caused the issuance of an arrest warrant for Mr. Darren Huff describing Huff and the twenty-eight (28) other supporters in Madisonville on 20 April 2010 as essentially, domestic terrorists.

Van Balen reported that he had personal knowledge that a minimum number of fourteen (14) supporters were carrying firearms either concealed or open carry in Madisonville on 20 April 2010. (See .pdf attachment)

Van Balen, in crafting his affidavit, relied upon information gather from 10th Judicial District Attorney General Robert Steven Bebb that one civilian supporter was seen in a parking lot loading a weapon.

Van Balen also relied on reports from former 10th Judicial District Drug and Violent Crime Task Force Chief, Mike "too tall" Hall, that Hall personally observed a number of men milling about Madisonville on that Tuesday morning carrying guns either openly or concealed.

However, in the aftermath of the 20 April 2010 episode, whereupon a massive amount of physical evidence was available to document the days events, there exists no physical evidence  that any civilian in Madisonville that day was carrying anything other that a purse or an umbrella.

The FBI can't name one person who was carrying a gun.

I can point to a population of thirty-four (34) people, capable of naming thirty-one (31), and report with force and authority none of those 34 people carried a weapon. NONE OF THEM!

There are no reports from 20 April 2010 of law enforcement officials making first contact with the population of 34 people I'm pointing to.

In early May 2010 two FBI Special Agents from the Knoxville castle headquarters drove to Sweetwater to interview my neighbors and landlords, Bert and Helen Thurston. LINK

I was home at the time, learning about the visit only after the two FBI agents had departed the area.

My residence sat less than 200 feet away from my landlord's home.

No FBI agent ever knocked on my door.

Me, the guy who held (at that time) the list of twenty-eight (28) witnesses (with some contact information), the names of people who were in Madisonville two-weeks earlier on 20 April 2010.

In the days following 20 April 2010, FBI agents spread out also to interview Messrs. Carl Swensson, Doyle Pritchard, Zeb Blanchard and former Sergeant of Marines Bill Loomin.

No physical evidence was obtained to support FBI Agent van Balen's sworn affidavit. NOTHING!

No evidence was ever obtained to support the FBI's description of the 34 people present in Madisonville on 20 April 2010 as "domestic terrorists." NOTHING! LINK

Not one of the people populating my list of 34 was ever called to testified at Mr. Huff October 2011 federal trial.

The single published newspaper report of the day states that "NOTHING HAPPENED!" LINK

There is a total absence of photo evidence, despite foreknowledge and photographic carpet coverage, that supports any claim made by the FBI's Van Balen or the 10th District's Steve Bebb or Mike Hall!

There does exist evidence regarding Van Balen's, Bebb's and Hall's felony perjury.

Other criminal with badges are implicated as well. Make no mistake.

Judges are implicated in this criminal industry. Make no mistake.

Enough for today.
