NEW YORK JEWS MUST LEARN TO FIGHT BACK!

Black mobs now beating Jews in New York

Gruesome attacks leave broken bones, life-threatening injuries in their wake

new-york-city-at-night
If Chaim Amalek had his way, no one would know that mobs of black people are attacking and beating and robbing Jews in the New York area.
Or that they shout anti-Semitic epithets.
Or that they target Jews because “they don’t fight back.”
“Such information can only serve to heighten racial tensions between these two groups,” said Amalek, an alias for New York video blogger Luke Ford. “Let us all look beyond the issue of race (in any event a mere social construct) and instead celebrate our diversity.”
In this case, the New York Post saw a pattern that most other media outlets never see. To some, it was jarring.

OBAMA WANTS TO RAISE FEES FOR MILITARY INSURANCE

Obama To Military: Pay Up
Obama-how-it-is-AP-small-540x422On Friday, Barack Obama threatened to veto a defense appropriations bill partly because it did not include higher health care fees for members of the military. That’s right. Obama was out to veto a bill because they didn’t raise fees for health care on military personnel. This is just another example of his total lack of appreciation of the military and disgust with America in general.
In an official policy statement the White House wrote,
“The Administration is disappointed that the Congress did not incorporate the requested TRICARE fee initiatives into either the appropriation or authorization legislation.”

POLITICAL DIGEST 07/04/2012 CONSERVATIVE

Happy Forth of July
And the beginning of the 237th year of the Independence of the Republic. According to Dr. James McHenry, one of Maryland’s delegates to the Constitutional Convention in 1787, a lady asked Dr. Franklin, “Well Doctor what have we got, a republic or a monarchy?” “A republic,” replied the Doctor, “if you can keep it.” The question remains open.

I’m on the Road
Going to take the Glorious Fourth and a couple of vacation days and go see my Radio Relay Chief from Khe Sanh. Need to remind him how I won the National Defence Medal saving his life. (Well, not doing something stupid and getting us all killed counts, right?) Then he’ll remind me that I only got the Good Conduct Medal because I rotated home before the misunderstanding about ownership of a jeep trailer load of beer, which my buddies thought belonged to the Radio Relay section and the Officers thought belonged to them … a common mistake in war. In any case, I’m not sure how much computer time I can get, so posts may be slim. ~Bob.

Book RecommendationWhat It Is Like to Go to War. By Karl Marlantes.
Marlantes is the author of the acclaimed Vietnam War novel, Matterhorn, which I have not read, but will add to my list. He is a Marine combat infantry officer who holds the Navy Cross, among other decorations. His outfit was, if you’ll pardon language from the time, often “in the shit.” Thus he has earned the right to his opinions, regardless of how you feel about them. He draws on his extensive combat experience to develop this painfully honest—perhaps brutally honest—and insightful exploration of the morality and psychology of war, violence and killing, and the effects on the warriors and on society. Marlantes is unsparing of himself, of actions he regrets or is ashamed of. He also makes specific recommendations for dealing with these issues, with veterans and with future warriors.

Fifteen Governors Reject Or Leaning Against Expanded Medicaid Program

Jul 03, 2012 12:34 pm

At least 15 governors have indicated they will not participate in the expansion of Medicaid under the healthcare law, striking a blow to President Obama’s promise of broader insurance coverage. Before Thursday’s Supreme Court ruling, states had the option of either increasing their Medicaid rolls or being penalized by the federal government. The high court [...]

SILVER STATE CONFIDENTIAL 07/03/2012

EVERYTHING’S ON THE TABLE?  REALLY?

As you probably read, Nevada Assembly Democrats rolled out their latest economic recovery plan last week which was short on…well, everything – including new ideas and specifics.  But during the announcement dog-and-pony show, Assembly Speaker-in-Waiting Marcus Conklin had the following to say:

“From a revenue standpoint, everything needs to be on the table.”

This simple statement reveals exactly why getting anything of substance done in Carson City to fix the budget problem is such a problem - at least as long as Democrat leaders like Conklin control the Assembly agenda, and individual Democrat legislators continue to vote in partisan lockstep fashion with those leaders.

Let’s start with the first part: “From a revenue standpoint…”

From a REVENUE standpoint.

TAXES WITHIN OBAMACARE IN ADDITION TO A $500 MILLION MEDICARE CUT!

Submitted by: Lady E

You didn't think Obamacare was free, did you?

Here are some of the new taxes you're going to have to pay to pay for Obamacare:

A 3.8% surtax on "investment income" when your adjusted gross income is more than $200,000 ($250,000 for joint-filers). What is "investment income?" Dividends, interest, rent, capital gains, annuities, house sales, partnerships, etc. Taxes on dividends will rise from 15% to 18.8%--if Congress extends the Bush tax cuts. If Congress does not extend the Bush tax cuts, taxes on dividends will rise from 15% to a shocking 43.8%. (WSJ)
A 0.9% surtax on Medicare taxes for those making $200,000 or more ($250,000 joint). You already pay Medicare tax of 1.45%, and your employer pays another 1.45% for you (unless you're self-employed, in which case you pay the whole 2.9% yourself). Next year, your Medicare bill will be 2.35%. (WSJ)

If I had a son…
Cartoon.

Excerpt: I have a confession to make: I don’t quite understand the jubilation among the conservative-Republican forces during the last two months of the Obama crack-up, and here, unfortunately, is why: 1. The so-called Obama crash. I believe that Obamism — 41 months over 8% plus unemployment, anemic GDP growth, serial $1 trillion deficits, unsustainable rates of new aggregate debt, the takeover of health care, record numbers on unemployment insurance and food stamps — is not only strangling the country, but in the long run will be seen as such by most Americans. (Well, on the plus side, I get to say, “I told you so in 2008” a lot. ~Bob.

“Once corrupt.” Too funny. Like saying the “once-corrupt Chicago Democrat machine.” ~Bob. Excerpt: Enrique Peña Nieto, a dynamic, crowd-pleasing politician and the new face of a once-corrupt political party, was elected president of Mexico on Sunday by a wide margin, according to exit polls by the country’s major media outlets. Peña Nieto and his Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI), which lost power in 2000 after more than 70 years as the “perfect dictatorship,” performed a remarkable act of political rehabilitation, convincing voters tired of drug violence and slow economic growth that the 45-year-old former governor could make Mexico more prosperous, more secure and more fair.

Conservatives’ consolation prize. By George Will
Excerpt: Conservatives won a substantial victory Thursday. The physics of American politics — actions provoking reactions — continues to move the crucial debate, about the nature of the American regime, toward conservatism. Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr. has served this cause.

Worth Reading: The Healthcare Myths We Must Confront. By Cliff Asness
Excerpt: The Court found a convoluted way to uphold the law. That’s done, but the debate on whether ObamaCare’s provisions are good ideas will continue. To date, this debate has been unable to shake off a lot of mythology—things believed about healthcare and our healthcare system in general, or ObamaCare specifically—that simply are not so.

Why John Roberts is Mitt Romney's Secret Weapon. By John McCullough
Excerpt: I would caution my fellow conservatives on the frustration they may be enticed to express at Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts. It is unwarranted, and it is unwise. The reason I state such is that it is my firm belief that the Roberts' decision on the Obamacare mandate will without question bring about ultimate doom to the government control of healthcare, and through the best means possible--not judicial activism--but through the democratic process. (I love this and only pray it's actually right on the money. --Del)
