END THE SELL OUT BY RINOS - CHUCK MUTH WRITES:

Who Else is Tired of Being Sold Out
by “Gumby Republicans”?

Warning: Millions of Taxpayers Are About to Get the Shaft
…Even though the GOP Controls Congress!

Dear Friend,

If you’re a conservative activist like me, then your blood is probably boiling around 123 degrees Celsius right about now, just like mine.

Let me ask you this question:

Did you vote for Republicans, volunteer for Republicans, donate to Republicans and urge your friends to support Republicans only to have Republicans cave in to Harry Reid and Barack Obama on raising taxes?

When you were licking envelopes (who else suffered some very painful paper cuts?), making phone calls (who else got cussed out and had the phone slammed down on them multiple times?) and walking door-to-door (who else sweated like a pig or got drenched by a sudden rain storm?)…

Did you do all that so Republicans in Congress could sell us out on taxes?

Me neither.

I’m sure you agree with the late, great conservative columnist Robert Novak who once wrote: “God put the Republican Party on earth to cut taxes. If they don't do that, they have no useful function."

Unfortunately, there’s a growing number of useless Republicans slinking around Capitol Hill these days who are “going wobbly” on this over-hyped fiscal cliff “crisis.”

Like Charlie Brown who keeps falling for Lucy’s lie about holding the football, these naïve Republicans are once again falling for the false promise of future spending cuts in return for immediate tax hikes.

Some people just never learn.

Indeed, a “Sweet 16” gaggle of wishy-washy “Gumby Republicans” in both the House and the Senate are beginning to buckle under the pressure and are signaling surrender.

According to Politico’s “Tax Defector Whip List,” they are:

  • Sen. Bob Corker (Tenn.)
  • Sen. Tom Coburn (Okla.)
  • Sen. Susan Collins (Maine)
  • Sen. Olympia Snowe (Maine)
  • Rep. Tom Cole (Okla.)
  • Rep. Kay Granger (Texas)
  • Rep. Mike Simpson (Idaho)
  • Rep. Robert Dold (Ill.)
  • Rep. Charlie Bass (N.H.)
  • Rep. Mary Bono Mack (Calif.)
  • Rep. Steven LaTourette (Ohio)
  • Sen. Saxby Chambliss (Ga.)
  • Sen. Lindsey Graham (S.C.)
  • Sen. Mike Johanns (Neb.)
  • Rep. Walter Jones (N.C.)
  • Rep. Peter King (N.Y.)

And make no mistake: Obama isn’t pushing for these tax hikes to fix the nation’s budget problem.

This is pure politics.

He – and his media allies on the Left – are pushing this job-killing tax hike on “the rich” for one reason and one reason only…

To break the conservative/tea party movement.

It’s old-fashioned divide-and-conquer.

And he just might get away with it.

Unless we stand together RIGHT NOW in one loud, unequivocal voice.

Over the past two weeks, over 150,000 Americans have signed an online petition telling “wobbly” Republican House Speaker John Boehner “that enough is enough; no higher taxes!”

Don’t let all of your hard work in this election cycle get flushed down the drain by mamby-pamby Republicans who are apparently more afraid of Barack Obama and the New York Times than of you and me and our fellow conservatives.

So please join me in CLICKING HERE and signing the TeaParty.net’s “No New Taxes” petition RIGHT NOW!

Conservatively yours,

P.S.  As you may have also read, GOP leaders recently purged conservative members from key congressional committees as punishment for sticking to their principles and not voting in lockstep with the Republican “establishment.”

If we sit silently and let them get away with it now, we’re doomed.  So please take just 10 seconds to CLICK HERE and sign the TeaParty.net’s “No New Taxes” petition.
