Since the snakes are trying another restriction by way of high capacity magazines that also is not in the 2nd amendment and is an illegal restriction.

The 2nd Amendment to the Constitution of the United States.
      A well-regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a Free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.      Now that you have read the 2nd Amendment in its’ entirety, do you see any wording that implies the need of any kind of permit, or any restriction on what kind of weapon one may own or of what caliber?   LINK
