   A former Sheriff’s detention officer, Sinan Fazlovic, and the ACLU have lost their lawsuit in which the accused Sheriff Arpaio and his Office of discrimination based on religion by requiring Fazlovic and other Muslim employee’s to shave.   The federal court jury reached a unanimous verdict in favor of Sheriff Arpaio and the Sheriff’s Office after a six day trial.
