Dec. 3 is the date for Walter Fitzpatrick's trial.  We are begging as many as can be at the courthouse in Madisonville before 9:00 AM.  I know many of you are unable due to distance to be there with us, but you can be praying throughout the day for a good outcome to this unjust situation.  This is part of the 10th judicial district which has been named as one of the worst and most corrupt districts in Tennessee.  Much prayer is needed.........thanks......nw

 "Error"?...maybe as intented. So in private, he may not have taken the actual Oath, Same maybe on Jan, 2013? Pethaps, one of ths attorneys can file a FOIA Request for the document to which he did take an Oath in 2009.

In order to sweeten the pot of federalization, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is giving gifts of expensive gadgets to local police forces.  Cops in North Jersey, for example, were showered with gifts from their would-be overseers.   
As reported by The Record:     Oradell, Emerson, Closter and Harrington Park police have car-mounted night-vision technology and video and recording equipment that can watch over the Oradell Reservoir and dam — and the hikers and anglers entering it. West Milford can do the same around the Newark watershed. Wayne police are scanning … the license plates of vehicles outside the Willowbrook Mall, while East Rutherford officers patrol hotel parking lots near the Meadowlands and the Federal Reserve building off Route 17.

Subject: Agenda 21     FYI. 
     Well I broke down and purchased a copy of AGENDA 21 by Harriet Parke and Glenn Beck.  All I can say is I am VERY happy I did.  This is an excellent book and has a ton of facts in the back of the book.  While I love Rosa Koire and her work I was sadly disappointed to see that no credit was given to the pioneers that have dedicated most of their adult life to fighting AGENDA 21.  Henry Lamb, Tom DeWeese, Dr. Michael Coffman, Michael Shaw, Michael Chapman.  But SO SO grateful for this book.  I really don't care why he put out the book.  I really don't care if people think he is an opportunist.  I am glad this book was written.  I am glad people are talking about this subject.
     Please go to Target and get several copies.  Christmas Gift Idea:  Give them to your children, grandchildren, people that you know like to read but you have been unable to break through to them about what is going on.  The book retails for $26.00 but I got it at Target for $18 + 30% off.
