Put this banking mafia story in the category of lawlessness, which also includes the current de facto ban on enforcement of voter fraud law. Please keep in mind that law and order is now out of fashion and there is no apparent chance of ever recovering fair election policies in the United States of America. Fair election policies are now officially racist and not allowed. Allowing illegal aliens to vote is now "the right thing to do."
