Obama tells supporters in Iowa that Ryan refused to pass the Farm Bill that supports farmers affected by the severe drought...the only thing is that Ryan and the House passed the Farm Bill two weeks ago and it's sitting on Harry Reid's desk. Can Obama be more out of touch with what's going on in America and in Washington DC?
