DOJ NOT LOOKING OUT FOR AMERICA!

DOJ SUED (AGAIN) FOR RECORDS DETAILING DISMISSAL OF IMMIGRATION CHARGES

Judicial Watch, the public interest group that fights government corruption, announced on Thursday that it filed a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit last month against the Obama Justice Department to obtain records related to the six-week pilot program testing the Obama administration’s backdoor amnesty standards for dismissing immigration charges against illegal immigrants. The pilot program was first tested in Baltimore, Maryland and Denver, Colorado beginning December 4, 2011.

This is the second FOIA lawsuit filed by Judicial Watch against the Justice Department after the DOJ acknowledged receipt of the first request but failed to comply by January 11, 2012 as required by law.
