Tomorrow the House of Representatives will vote on the resolution to charge US Attorney General Eric Holder with Contempt of Congress.
Last-minute meetings between the White House and House Republicans failed to produce a resolution to avert tomorrow’s historic showdown.
With less than one day remaining before the vote, there is limited time for you to tell Rep. Berkley and scores of other House legislators to hold Eric Holder accountable for his obstruction in the Congressional investigation into “Operation Fast and Furious.”
Right now, Holder continues to hide behind the cloak of the President’s claim of executive privilege in their shared refusal to submit to the committee’s subpoena.

In the next few hours, we need the relentless actions of the Liberty Counsel Action team and other grassroots Americans to reverberate through the halls of Congress with our message that Eric Holder MUST be held accountable!
I am asking you to aggressively call for Eric Holder’s removal from office as the contempt procedure plays out over the next 24 hours.

For months we have been calling on the House to issue their “Contempt of Congress” citation to Eric Holder over his stonewalling of information on the deadly “Fast and Furious” debacle…or pass a “Vote of No Confidence” resolution…or demand Holder’s resignation for dereliction of duty.
