CLAYTON COUNTY (GEORGIA) QUESTIONS OBAMA'S ELIGIBILITY

Dear Georgia Republican Party Chair Sue Everhart,

I frequently get the question from members of the Clayton County GOP, “why is our leadership silent on the recent revelations by Sheriff Joe Arpaio (AZ)”. In case you haven’t heard, Sheriff Joe created an investigative team of professionals to look into the question of the validity of Obama’s two documents  produced and then posted on the internet supposedly proving he’s eligible for the position he now holds. The first was his Birth Certificate and second was his Selective Service registration card.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vgECj_yg71Y&feature=player_embedded The Sheriff went into this with the idea that he’d verify these documents and lay all the rumors of them being forged to rest. Unfortunately, that’s not what he found. What was uncovered was proof positive that these documents are, in fact, forgeries and poor ones at that. Not that it’s news since most who have followed this story new this from the beginning but couldn’t get a law enforcement agency to confirm the allegations. Now that we do have that legal confirmation we’re finding out that there’s a media blackout on the story? What’s worse, and the reason for this  E-Mail letter, is the GOP silence as well.
Clayton County Republicans aren’t the only ones with this question… Millions of Americans are now aware of it and are asking the same thing. Some of them look to me for answers as well since I’ve been in the battle for eligibility compliance since BHO’s election and have become one of the “Birther” movements more vocal advocates.
My question for you is why the blackout and silence by our Republican Party? This is obviously huge news and, with our bringing this into the light of day to the ever dwindling number of uninformed, it would seriously tip the scales in our favor in the upcoming election. We do want a Republican President.., don’t  we?
I’m getting, no, we’re getting rather tired of the pat answer being given that “it doesn’t  matter, we’ll get them at the polls”. We won’t get them in this election until and unless we show some backbone in standing up against this horrendous crime of fraud and forgery on the part of this putative POTUS.
In addition the Nation as a whole deserves to know how it can be that the current Republican office holders and even the new candidates all seem to be getting their talking points on this from some central authority since all of them parrot the same answers, almost verbatim.
It’s time to respond since the banter I’m seeing over the web is beginning to focus on the culpability of the GOP leadership and the inevitable result can only be the further fracturing of the party loyal with the final result being  fewer having any interest in going to the polls. If you think that the Tea Party people who have teamed up with and in some cases taken over certain counties will be incentivized to get out the vote in the face of the obvious cover up of these criminal activities I would advise you and the executive board to think again. This issue is growing not waning in the hearts and minds of Clayton County Republicans and GOP, normally faithful, across the country.
Anybody but Obama isn’t a rallying cry that will win this election. Facing this issue and showing some courage is, so in the interest of bringing all of the GOP to the dance, for a unified defeat of this Democrat monster I am asking you for an honest answer to this honest question. .. What do I tell my membership and the Nation the reason for this continued silence is?
What will it be Chairman Everhart? This isn’t just a political question any more. It’s a criminal one that transcends politics as usual. It’s no longer just about the question of whether or not both his parents were Citizens at the time he was born. It’s about criminal activity that appears to now be condoned by my own Party. The silence must be broken and your timely response to this will be greatly appreciated.

Sincerely,

Carl Swensson
Clayton County GOP Chairman
Cc: Executive board members of the CCGOP, its membership and various “Birther” leaders across the Nation
P.S.   Just to show you how serious the Clayton County Republicans are on this issue I submit, for your review, one of our resolutions voted for with a unanimous approval last year…
