Alabama Supreme Court Justice Tom Parker has declared that, based upon "probable cause" of criminal wrong doing involving Obama's records, and the cloud of uncertainty hanging over Barack Hussein Obama's Constitutional eligibility to run for the office or serve as president of the United States, official relief of the matter sought by a sovereign Alabama citizen may be in order.
A filing for a Writ of Mandamus by well-known grassroots activist Hugh McInnish that seeks to require a certified, original copy of Obama's birth certificate authenticated by the Secretary of State before Obama would be allowed on the Alabama presidential ballot in November is valid, says Justice Parker. It has raised "serious questions" about Obama's alleged long-form "birth certificate" currently available only as an electronic file online – and given the possibility that it is a FORGERY, the State has an obligation to act.
Justice Tom Parker has filed a "special, unpublished concurrence" in the case arguing that Alabama citizen Hugh McInnish's charges of "forgery" demonstrate legitimate cause for concern.

In his "concurrence" opinion, Justice Parker wrote:
"McInnish seeks from this court a writ of mandamus, directly ordering Beth Chapman, as secretary of state for the State of Alabama, 'to demand that [President Barack Hussein] Obama cause a certified copy of his bona-fide birth certificate be delivered to her direct from the government official who is in charge of the record in which it is stored, and to make the receipt of such a prerequisite to his name being placed on the Alabama ballot for the … November 6, 2012, general election.'"And even though he voted with the majority that "the Alabama Constitution implies that this court is without jurisdiction over McInnish's original petition" – which now throws it in the Secretary of State's lap – Justice Parker then wrote, "Mclnnish has attached certain documentation to his mandamus petition, which, if presented to the appropriate forum as part of a proper evidentiary presentation, would raise serious questions about the authenticity of both the 'short form' and the 'long form' birth certificates of President Barack Hussein Obama that have been made public."

Sheriff Joe is also asking Romo to open his own investigation to determine when and how Obama's Selective Service registration was submitted and entered into the agency's records. Romo was asked to respond within 30 days.
If the Obama administration does not weasel its way out of providing the original document and/or opening its own investigation, Sheriff Joe wants court-approved, forensic experts to examine Barack Obama's original Selective Service registration form for its authenticity, including any microfilm or computer copies that may exist.
Congress and the rule of law can no longer ignore us even as Obama tries his hardest to smear, ignore and obfuscate this on-going law enforcement investigation. After all, members of his own party are starting to turn and state attorney generals across the nation are opening their own investigations to determine Obama's constitutional eligibility for the Oval Office.
