GEORGIA JUDGE MAY RULE AGAINST OBAMA

DEFAULT JUDGEMENT AGAINST OBAMA
EXPECTED IN GEORGIA ELIGIBILITY CASE
NEW STATES JOIN THE OBAMA ELIGIBILITY FIGHT
Last week Georgia State Judge Michael Mahili heard evidence regarding Barack Obama's eligibility to run for the office of President of the United States. Evidence included expert testimony on forgeries and fraudulent social security numbers as well as Constitutional experts who weighed in on the validity and application of the Supreme Court's 1875 Minor vs. Happersett ruling regarding the constitutional definition of "natural born citizen." Obama's lawyers did not bother to attend or defend their client. It is widely rumored that Judge Mahili will be entering a default judgment in favor of the plaintiffs as early as next week.
The Georgia eligibility case combined with a flood of faxes sent to Secretaries of State and Governors in the rest of the 49 states have sparked a rush of new states following Georgia's lead.
Eligibility lawsuits have now been filed in Alabama, Tennessee, Arizona, New Hampshire and even Obama's home state of Illinois. Regardless of the Georgia outcome, more judges and more states need to take a stand for the rule of law.
We MUST keep the pressure on and compel the rest of these United States to take a stand and DEMAND ELECTION INTEGRITY!
We MUST continue the outcry to determine the truth, and restore the Constitution.
In case you haven't been following closely, Georgia citizens last week finally saw to it that sworn testimony was delivered to an American court that Barack Obama is INELIGIBLE under the U.S. Constitution for the office of president of the United States.
And for the first time ever, it may be that such testimony will be legally weighed on the merits, rather than dismissed on mere procedural grounds.
THE RULE OF LAW STILL APPLIES IN AMERICA, and with YOUR COMMITMENT, IT CAN HAPPEN IN YOUR STATE, TOO! The past few weeks have seen the Georgia Secretary of State and Deputy Chief Judge Michael Malihi stand on the law, and refuse to betray their trust and oaths of office.
Judge Malihi ruled against an arrogant demand from Barack Obama's attorneys to quash a subpoena for Obama's appearance at the launch of a series of administrative hearings on January 26, and insisted instead on Obama's compliance. Georgia Secretary of State Brian Kemp then rebuffed Obama lawyer's demand that he simply order the hearings stopped, responding officially in writing:
"Anything you and your client place in the record in response to the challenge will be beneficial to my review of the initial decision; however, if you and your client choose to suspend your participation in the OSAH proceedings, please understand that you do so at your own peril."
YOUR FAXES helped to compel the State of Georgia into action. We must now apply the same pressure to the rest of the 49 states and DEMAND PROOF POSITIVE!
