HERMAN CAIN INTERVIEW BY SCOTT RASMUSSEN

Submitted by: Kurt J Fitsch

YES! We ca(i)n..... DO MUCH BETTER!!!
Herman Cain for President 2012

I just heard the best interview yet with Herman Cain. It was conducted by Scott Rasmussen on 10.9.11. Rasmussen asked Cain the very same questions that I and other people have wanted to have clarified such as information about 9-9-9, Cain’s take on foreign policy, etc.

Rasmussen makes a few comments at the beginning of the segment, and then the interview with Herman Cain starts. It lasts only about seven or eight minutes – time well spent:

We conservatives must not allow the East Coast Republican Party establishment to make the decision about our Republican Party candidate. We allowed this to happen in 2008, and we must not allow this to happen again.

Mitt Romney is not the person we need to turn this country around.

In last night’s Bloomberg debate, Romney under pressure from another candidate admitted that he thinks people making over $200,000 should bear most of the tax burden.  This sounds like Obama except that he sets the bar at $250,000.

The problem with Romney’s and Obama’s way of thinking is that it is the people who make over $200,000 (or $250,000) who have the financial capital to create the jobs. If we take away their capital, then they stop creating more jobs for the rest of us.

Putting Romney in the White House would be a continuation of the distribution of wealth philosophy of the present occupant.

Herman Cain has the depth of experience to understand personal responsibility, a solid work ethic, and perseverance against all odds.  He has walked in poverty, but he overcame great odds through hard work to achieve independence.  Cain’s daddy held three jobs to put bread on the table – chauffeur, barber, and janitor; his mother was a cleaning woman.

Contrast that with Romney who was born into wealth and privilege, having been the son of George Romney, the Governor of Michigan and the CEO of American Motors. Willard Marriott, the hotel magnet, was George Romney’s best friend.

Which person – Cain or Romney – has the ability to relate better to suffering Americans who have lost their jobs?  Which man do you think has more commitment to help private industry create jobs?  Which man would be more driven to watch out for the “little guy”?
