OBAMA ENCOURAGES UNEMPLOYED TO SUE
Obama’ recent effort to make an appearance of action against the rising unemployment rate in our country contains provision after provision geared toward crushing capitalism and putting the government between you and your current and/or prospective employer. One appalling provision in particular would allow unsuccessful job applicants to sue a company if the unemployed individual is not hired. How’s that for capitalism?
Folks, it looks like Obama has a new tactic for jobs creation since his not-so stimulating stimulus focusing on ‘green’ jobs failed to create jobs while wasting billions of taxpayer dollars.
Obama wants you to sue.

That’s right – Obama’s new job creation bill that he sent to Congress earlier this month includes a provision that would allow unsuccessful job applicants to sue if they think a company of 15 more employees denied them a job because they were unemployed.
Leftist lawmakers in both the House and the Senate have introduced similar measures in the past but such legislation has found no traction on Capitol Hill, until now.
The Obama camp is chomping at the bit to get this jobs’ bill passed and have already begun to use conservatives and others who doubt this bill as scapegoats dismissing them as in cahoots with big business.However, with such a far-reaching provision as this one encouraging frivolous lawsuits, many individuals, us included, only foresee a growth in government jobs and a higher demand for lawyers involved in employment litigation and nuisance lawsuits.
If passed, this portion of the Obama jobs bill will do nothing to create new jobs for those already unemployed. It will simply create a higher demand for lawyers and discourage businesses from hiring for fear they might face a lawsuit by simply trying to find the best candidate for the position.
The Obama administration is clearly in over its head.
The jobs creation bill currently being pushed by Obama and his followers in Congress is among the most dangerous pieces of legislation for America.
By inserting the already overgrown and overreaching government into the hiring process, the U.S. economy is sure to nosedive as more and more businesses choose to relocate overseas and focus on recruitment there with the safety of an ocean between them and the radical socialist policies of Barrack Hussein Obama.
America has already lost her AAA credit rating and Obama has lost all credibility when it comes to economic policy.
We cannot let Obama’s ineptitude further destroy our country and we most certainly cannot sit back and watch.
The time for action against the Obama camp is NOW.

Just this week, Muhtar Kent, the Chief Executive Officer of Coca-Cola, an American icon, announced that communist China is more friendly to businesses than the U.S. An antiquated tax system and political gridlock have made the U.S. less competitive according to Mr. Kent.China is more friendly to business than US!
And instead of encouraging job growth through sensible tax reform that leaves more money circulating in the free market, Obama is punishing successful companies with the ability to hire with threats of legal action.
Obama has been destroying our free market for the sake of pushing his social agenda that will ultimately transform America into an anti-business, big-government freedom-crushing monster that, unlike China, won’t have the ability to sustain itself.
He’s relying on the will of his followers to help push his agenda.
We can’t let him win. We need you to help lead the fight.
