Courts and the Constitution; Minimal Intrusion of Liberty
In May of this year the NM Supreme Court ruled that it was okay to violate the state and federal constitutions so long as it is just a little bit and admitted that this was based upon their judgment that doing so was just minimally interfering with constitutional rights.
