Urge Your Representative to Support HR 1932 - Stop Releasing Criminal Aliens Into Our Communities

HR 1932, by House Judiciary Committee Chair Lamar Smith, would halt the dangerous practice of releasing deportable criminal aliens into our communities. The Keep Our Communities Safe Act gives DHS the authority to renew the detention period of certain criminal aliens every six months. The bill also provides for judicial review of detention decisions.
