NEVADA - STOP RUINING SMALL BUSINESSES THROUGH 'UNTHOUGHT OUT' LEGISLATION!

Remind your Lawmaker Small Businesses are the Backbone of our Economy!
The Nevada Senate is considering AB 78, a bill that would remove the home-based business exemption for all LLCs, corps, etc. in Nevada.

That means all registered businesses who earn under $27,000 per year in Nevada will no longer be allowed the state business license exemption and will be subject to a minimum 200% INCREASE.

Click here to contact your State Senator and urge them to vote “No” on AB 78.
Think Mary Kay, Xango, Amway, or a Realtor who sells a few houses per year for extra revenue.

This is a desperate attempt to balance the state budget. While crucial to recovering our economy, balancing the budget on the back of small businesses will only further erode our economy and drive our state into despair.

We almost stopped this bill in the Assembly swaying 3 Democrats, but it made it through on a procedural maneuver. This devastating bill is being heard tomorrow in the Senate Judiciary and will punish small businesses across the state.

Friends – as this session comes to a close I thank you for all that you have done and will call on your help only a few more times. This grassroots movement is alive and well and we will hold our elected officials accountable.

Please forward this to a friend that can help us make our point as well.
Sincerely,

Adam Stryker
