THE LEFT IS AGAINST WASTE CUTS! THEY 'NAME CALL' ANY THAT SEEK BUDGET CUTS AS WELL!

TEA PARTY NATION

It is nice to have a few heroes in the House of Representatives.  One of those is Lt. Colonel Allen West.

Congressman West was a hero on the battlefields of Iraq and his courage has not failed him in the battlefields of DC.   Yesterday, he said that the House of Representatives should stand by its bill to cut $61 billion from the budget and refuse to compromise on that, even if it means a government shutdown.  West said, “Anything less than that is a heinous violation of the trust of the American people.  It is a question of can we truly prove ourselves to be fiscally responsible or are we just up here playing a game.”

West just dropped a bomb on the enemy and gave some of our squishy allies a swift kick in the rear.

Congressman West understands that compromise is just another name for retreat.

West is unfortunately only a freshman, but he is quickly distinguishing himself.

While West is showing courage in DC, he is fighting the DC mentality.  On the Senate side, not to anyone’s surprise, the House budget bill went down to quick defeat.  One of the all time leading “corruptcrats,” Ben Nelson of Nebraska, both bills (the Democrat Senate bill and the House bill) were killed and they deserved to be killed because “one cuts too little” and the other “has too much hate.”

Hate?

Budgets do not have hate.  Budgets have numbers.  The budgets proposed so far have too many numbers in them.  They have far too much spending and far too few budget cuts.

Hate?  Hate is the emotion people like Nelson must have for America that he does not care enough to try and save the country before the economy crashes.

Fortunately, the United States Senate has term limits.  They are called elections.  And, barring a disaster of biblical proportions, the people of Nebraska are going to term limit Nelson out of office.

The economic news out of Washington has been very gloomy.  We have an administration that wants to destroy the American economy so they can impose socialism.  We have a GOP leadership that is not willing to stand up and make any meaningful cuts.

Even in the darkness coming from Washington, there is good news.  We have a new crop of leadership emerging.  Allen West in the House.  Michele Bachmann in the House and maybe even the White House.  In the Senate, Jim DeMint, Rand Paul and Mike Lee all get it.

January 2013 cannot get here quickly enough.  We the people will throw the un-American President out of office and Tea Party conservatives will take the majority and the leadership positions in the Congress.

Hang on folks; it’s going to be a bumpy ride between now and then.
